You will get your own Google Drive Folder, where you can upload your files. Alternatively, you can use our web app to upload links if you don't use Google Drive.
You can choose a plan with 50, 100 or 150 credits.
Each video uses credits based on its difficulty: a normal video uses 1 credit, and a harder video uses 1.7 credits. They're subtracted from your balance after each video is completed.
Credits expire after 60 days. Your plan ends once you have less than 1 credit left.
Example: If your plan includes 50 credits and all your videos are normal, you would get 50 videos.
Plans are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Plans also expire when you have less than 1 credit remaining.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next plan.
Refunds are not available for unused credits.
Before editing starts, you will receive one invoice from your manager.
We handle all invoices through Payoneer.
You can pay the invoice by card or any other available payment option.
We have multiple editors available to work on your projects. We never rely on just one editor. This way we make sure your videos are always finished on time.
Your manager will send you a Google Form where you can share style examples, fonts, sound effects, and more.
Each project includes 2 revisions. You can write all your revisions as soon as the editor uploads the videos. Revisions are done as soon as possible.
For a small extra fee, you can also have our manager review your videos first.
You can send us the brief or examples the brand sends you, and we'll follow them when editing your videos. We'll also fix any revisions requested by the brand.
